Anthony Robert Zavitske

Anthony Robert Zavitske, a resident of Renfrew, Ontario, was born on February 20, 1956 and died on August 7, 2026, at the age of 70. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Theresa Zavitske, and by his siblings Vivian Mulvihill, Voline Durocher, and Greg Zavitske. He is survived by his wife, Catherine "Cathy" Zavitske of Renfrew; his children, Dana Stewart and Dylan Zavitske; his grandchildren, Kroix and Brix Stewart; and his siblings Mary Lou Cram, Carol Quilty, Margaret Ann Fraser, Lorraine Lockwood, Lorna Alexander, Brian Zavitske, and Raymond Zavitske. A funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 100 Lisgar Avenue, Renfrew, followed by a reception at 11:30 a.m. at the same location. The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Lung Association.
