Mr. Lee Frank Rattray

Lee Frank Rattray, husband of Elinor Rattray, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the age of 82, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on October 3, 1943, in St. Catharines, ON, he was a son of the late Frank and Arlene Rattray. Lee was a Police officer for 29 years for the Niagara Regional Police Department. He is survived by his wife, Elinor, children Kim Wasney, Jennifer Rattray, Cindy Southwell, Chris Wegener, Matthew Wegener, and Jolene MacNally, siblings Bill Rattray, Mark Thompson, Lewis Thompson, and Glenna Elhalali, seventeen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren, sister-in-law Kathy Thompson, as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was predeceased by his brother, Derry Thompson, and sisters Marilyn Thompson and Christine Thompson. Arrangements are under the care of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home. Donations in memory of Lee can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
