MARGARET ROSE CHELLEW

Margaret Rose Chellew (nee Gibb) passed away peacefully at home on May 14, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on June 20, 1935, in Toronto, Margaret was the daughter of Scottish immigrants, Alfred and Sarah Gibb. She is predeceased by her husband, Gordon Chellew (2018), her son, Stanley Lewis (2018), her stepdaughter, Karen Kenny (2022), and her siblings, Ann McKerrell, Violet Johnston, and Fred Gibb. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Wendy Chellew, her son-in-law, Deane, her brother, Robert Gibb (Wendy), her grandchildren, Melanie Comeau (Tom), John Lewis, James Kenny (Cassie), and Kaitlyn Burden (Devan), and her great-grandchildren, Ben, Natalie, and Jack Comeau, and Eleanor and Arthur Burden. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Peaceful Transition Inc.
