EDWIN "ED" ALAN NICE

Edwin 'Ed' Alan Nice passed away at the Port Perry Hospital on June 15, 2026, at the age of 91. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth 'Bette' (nee Draper, 2013) and loving father of James 'Jim' Nice (late Mary Jane, 2014). Ed is also remembered by his sister-in-law, Marilyn Nice, and his nieces, nephews, family, and friends. He was predeceased by his brother, Peter W. Nice. Ed will be remembered for his dedication to his family and community. He spent 60 years working at Loblaws, a career that brought him great satisfaction and many lasting friendships. In his later years, Ed enjoyed life in King's Bay, surrounded by good neighbours and cherished friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at Low & Low Funeral Home, 1763 Reach Street, Port Perry, on Sunday, June 21, 2026, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., with memories being shared at 2:00 p.m. In memory of Ed, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society Research would be appreciated by his family.
