Roger Harness of Port Hope, Ontario, passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on October 27, 1942, he is fondly remembered by family and friends. Roger was predeceased by his son Darryl and his parents, Merri and Peter. He is survived by his beloved wife Joanne, daughter Debra, son-in-law Nick, grandchildren Alex, Andrew, Randi, Owen, and Emersyn, as well as his brother Claude. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Port Hope Lions Club, located at 29a Thomas St, Port Hope, ON L1A3W3. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer Society in Roger's memory.
