Fraser Carr

Fraser Carr of Port Hope, Ontario, passed away on September 11, 2026, at the age of 96. Born on February 4, 1930, Fraser was a beloved member of his family and community. He was predeceased by his wife, Edith. Fraser is survived by his children, Shawn (Liz), Mike, and Michelle King (Mike); his grandchildren, Devan Horner (Anna), Dane Horner (Manja), Carlee Morais (Carlos), Matthew Carr, and Alexandria Carr; as well as his great-grandchildren, Livi, Gemma, Edison, William, Isla, Maverick, and Lakely. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Rushnell Funeral Home, located at 103 Mill St N, Port Hope, ON. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Port Hope United Church, 34 South St, Port Hope, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ronald McDonald House, Ed's House Hospice, or Northumberland Hills Hospital would be appreciated.
