Clare Gordon Sanderson

Clare Gordon Sanderson, of Port Hope, Ontario, passed away on September 15, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on August 22, 1952, Clare is remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Family, friends, and colleagues have extended their love and support during this difficult time. Clare's influence on those around him will endure, and the memories shared will reflect his character and spirit. He was predeceased by his brother Albert (Marilyn) and his parents, Jean and Gordon William Franklin Sanderson. Clare is survived by his children, Elizabeth Sanderson (Joe) and Scott Sanderson; his grandchildren, Thomas and Emma Baker; and his siblings, Leslie Sanderson and Phyllis Dupis (Pierre). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations in Clare's memory may be made to the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation.
