Bud Lynch

The family announces the passing of Bud Lynch of Port Hope, Ontario on October 8, 2026. Bud was a significant presence in the lives of many, creating lasting relationships and shared moments. He is survived by his wife, Judie; children, Kim Matwey (Terry) and Kerry Lynch (Glenda); grandchildren, Molly Matwey, Abby Matwey, Benjamin Lynch, and Carson Lynch; parents, Cecil and Mona Lynch; brothers, Dick Lynch (Ann), Jim Lynch (the late Gillian), Raymond Lynch, Harry Lynch (Bea), Leon Lynch (Joan), and Frank Lynch (Liz); sister, Dette West (Bob); along with many nieces and nephews. Visitation took place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Rushnell Funeral Home - Port Hope. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Church. In memory of Bud, and in lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
