Matthew Edwards

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Matthew Edwards of Port Colborne, Ontario, who departed this life on October 8, 2026, at the age of 31. Matthew is survived by his beloved wife Rachel and their children, Adeline and Fredrick. He was the cherished son of Mark Edwards and Kim Edwards, and the devoted brother of Dylan Edwards (Kaitlyn). Matthew was also a loving uncle to his nephew Duke and to his nephews Anthony and Jonathan Grano. He is remembered by his grandparents, Dennis and Suzanne Edwards, and Darlene and John Warankie, as well as his uncle Kirk Edwards (Sarah) and aunt Dawn McIntyre (John). He was predeceased by his uncle Craig Edwards. Matthew's parents-in-law, Scott and Stacie MacPherson, and his sisters-in-law, Laura Grano (late Stephen) and Abbey MacPherson (Carly), also hold him in their hearts.
