Evan Lloyd Weaver

Evan Lloyd Weaver, born on February 23, 1937, passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 89. He is survived by his wife, Grace (Playfair); his children, Kirk, Yvonne Weaver, Rev. Heather Weaver-Orosz, and Michael Orosz; and his grandchildren, Kirsten, Sara, Meagan Weaver, Eric, and Abigail Orosz. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Daryl Ann Weaver, nephews Jeffery (Tanya) and Peter Weaver (Erica), as well as George and David Playfair (Joyce), along with many cousins and friends. Evan was predeceased by his parents, Lloyd and Mabel Weaver (Steiner); his brother Neil; his sister-in-law Aileen; and family members John, Chris, Jean, and Pat (Bob Woodward). Visitation will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Davidson Funeral Home, located at 135 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Central United Church, located at 30 Delhi St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3K6. Flowers are welcome.
