Lennard Scott Gorgei (Len)

Lennard Scott Gorgei, known as Len, passed away on February 26, 2026, at the age of 75. Born in Hamilton, Ontario, he was the son of the late Alexander and Mary Gorgei. He is survived by his wife, Lily Aubé, and their five children: Bryan Gorgei of Grimsby, Ontario, Sonia Buggie of Pointe-Verte, New Brunswick, Sarah Kick of Binbrook, Ontario, Randy Sewap of Ontario, and Ralph Sewap of Saskatchewan. He also leaves behind three grandchildren: Alexander, Quinton, and Colton, as well as one sister, Brenda Panzer of London, Ontario, and two nephews, Matthew and Derek. Lennard worked as a teacher for over 30 years and enjoyed umpiring softball and bowling. The family would like to thank the Extra Mural Program, Kayla, and Mallais Home Care for their support. Arrangements are in the care of Heritage Funeral Home in Beresford, New Brunswick. Donations in memory of Lennard can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
