Ronald Bouwmeister of Pickering, Ontario, passed away on August 20, 2026, at the age of 64. He was survived by his wife Andrea; his children Natasha, married to Mike, and Brandon, married to Rhiannon; his grandchildren Alexander, Chase and Reid; his mother Nelly; his siblings Martin, married to Michele, and Sharon, married to Liberal; his father Hank; his in‑laws Bill and Vicky; and his sister‑in‑law Bea, along with an extended family of friends. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 796 Eyer Drive, Pickering, ON L1W 3C2, followed by a reception at the same location until 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Multiple Myeloma Canada or the Canadian Blood Services.
