Joseph Allan McGrath

Joseph Allan McGrath of Pickering, Ontario, passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on July 4, 1939, he was a beloved husband to Marie and a devoted father to David, Stephen (Lisa), and Susan Roides (George). Joseph was cherished by his grandchildren, Anna, Erin, Alex, Abby, and Andrew. He was predeceased by his parents, Austin and Agnes, as well as his siblings Kay (John), Florence (Dale), Loretta (Andrew), Len (Nancy), Miles, and Clarence. He is survived by his siblings Fergus (Betty), Justin (Hilda), and Ellen (Bernie), along with numerous nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, and friends. A private funeral Mass will be held on September 22, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society in memory of Joseph would be appreciated.
