William Frank Henry Davis

William Frank Henry Davis passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026, at the age of 93, in Peterborough Regional Hospital, surrounded by his wife, son, and daughter-in-law. Born on October 30, 1932, in Peterborough, he spent most of his life in the city. He was the devoted husband of Joan Davis, with whom he shared 66 years of marriage, and a proud father to Kelly Davis and his wife Heather, as well as the late Cindy Davis. Bill was a cherished grandfather to Olivia and Marlow. He was predeceased by his siblings Nelson and Tom. Bill worked at Raybestos for over 35 years and was a lifelong sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about the Peterborough Petes. He enjoyed visiting Florida, going to the gym, and was a 57-year member of the YMCA. The family will receive visitors at Highland Park Funeral Centre on July 30th from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service and reception. Interment will be at Little Lake Cemetery. Donations may be made to Hospice, Peterborough Regional Hospital, or a charity of choice. He will be deeply missed by his loved ones, including his wife, son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and all who knew him.
