Sybil Howarth, a resident of Peterborough, Ontario, passed away on August 17, 2026, at the age of 92. She was born on February 19, 1934. Survivors include her husband Eric Howarth, partner Leo Redmond, daughter Julie Hudson (married to Steven Hudson), grandchildren Alison Colley (married to Brian) and Lisa McLaren (married to Kevin), and great‑grandchildren Brianna, Iris, Brooke Colley, Liam and Owen McLaren. A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Highland Park Funeral Centre, 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough, ON K9J1C5. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice Peterborough in recognition of the care provided during her final days.
