Shane Robert WALSH

Shane Robert Walsh passed away on August 3, 2026, at the age of 45. Born on November 11, 1980, in Peterborough, Ontario, he was the son of Robert Walsh and Judy Nisbett (predeceased). Shane is survived by his beloved daughter, Kaydance Walsh, and his father, Robert Walsh. He is also remembered by his sister, Tracey (Todd), stepmother, Sandra DiIlio, and stepbrother, Matthew O'Neill (Jill). A proud uncle, he will be missed by his nieces and nephew, Dan, Taylor, and Laurie, along with many cousins and friends. Shane was a talented athlete, enjoying hockey, golf, lacrosse, and baseball, with a passion for golf and fishing in his later years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) or a charity of choice. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
