Rose Brumpton

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Rose Brumpton, on July 23, 2026, at the age of 92. Born in 1934 to Alphonsus and Kathleen (Dwyer) Condon, Rose was raised in a large family of 12 on their farm near Douro, Ontario. She dedicated 42 years of her career to General Electric. In her leisure time, she enjoyed gardening and decorating, and was known for her joyful spirit and devotion as a mother. Rose is survived by her daughters, Wiline (Dan Roberts) and Cindi Brumpton, her son Robert (Katrina Brumpton), granddaughters Dana Roberts and Sabrina Brumpton, grandson Dereck (Allison Brumpton), and six great-grandchildren. For the past five years, she resided at Belmont Manor in Belleville, where she received loving care. A service will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, with visitation at 10 a.m. and the service at 11 a.m. at Ashburnham Funeral Home, followed by interment at St. Peter's Cemetery and a reception from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
