Peter Prinsen Geerligs of Peterborough, Ontario, passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on May 26, 1945, Peter was a cherished member of his family and community. He is survived by his beloved spouse, Corry; his sons, Adam (Catherine) and Bart (Heather); his grandson, Benjamin; and his sister, Harriet Nixon. Peter was predeceased by his parents, Hendrik and Willemine Prinsen Geerligs, as well as his brothers-in-law, Don Nixon and Jan Adams. His influence on those around him will be remembered fondly, and he will be missed deeply by family, friends, and colleagues.
