Norma Elva Costello

Norma Elva Costello, born on November 26, 1939, passed away on September 19, 2026, at the age of 86. She is survived by her beloved husband, Paul, and her daughters, Donna Heggie, Mary Anne Bremner (predeceased by Dave), Diane Livingstone, and Nancy Northrop (David). Norma was a cherished grandmother to Paula, Scott (Kate), Andrew Heggie (Robin), Adam (Krista), Jason Bremner (Katie), Jordan (Bayleigh), Samantha Livingstone (Chad), and Trevor Northrop, as well as a proud great-grandmother to seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Parish Hall, followed by a funeral Mass from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A committal service will occur later that day at St. Martin's Cemetery from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the PRHC Foundation in Norma's memory.
