Mabel "Maizie" Lillian (née Scott) MOSHER

Mabel 'Maizie' Lillian Mosher, née Scott, passed away on August 8, 2026, at Royal Gardens in Peterborough, Ontario, at the age of 86. She is survived by her husband of over 60 years, George, her daughter Janet, and her sister Margaret Demmings. Mabel was predeceased by her parents Charles and Mabel Scott, brothers Reid, Vaughan, and James Scott, sister Helen Davidson, and brother-in-law Bert Demmings. Born in Bathurst, New Brunswick, Mabel earned degrees from Mount Allison University and the University of New Brunswick. She taught in Saint John and Peterborough, including part-time at Sir Sandford Fleming College for over 25 years. Mabel was actively involved at All Saints' Anglican Church and enjoyed travelling and spending time with her family. A visitation will be held on August 18, 2026, at All Saints' Anglican Church, followed by a funeral service and reception.
