Linda Irene Martha (nee Roberts) LUCAS

Linda Irene Martha Lucas (nee Roberts) passed away suddenly on June 6, 2026, at the age of 84, at PRHC. She was predeceased by her husband James Lucas, her brothers Frank Roberts and Edward Roberts (Kung Soo), and her sister Gail Kellar (William). Linda is survived by her children Richard Rogers Jr. (Cynthia) and Randy Rogers (Kerri), and her grandchildren Caitlyn and Cameron Rogers. She will also be missed by her aunt Marg Dack, nephews, many cousins, friends, and neighbours. Linda was a professional hairdresser for decades and also taught at Paul Asta Hairdressing School. She also made many friends as a longtime employee at Extendicare Peterborough. Linda loved her flower garden and sitting in the sun, bird-watching. She also loved shopping and spending time with family and friends. Special thanks to Gillian Murray for her kindness and help in Linda's time of need. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Peterborough Humane Society in Linda's memory would be appreciated. A funeral service will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church, 386 Rogers St., Peterborough, on Saturday, June 20th, at 1 p.m., followed by fellowship.
