Jack MORMUL

Jack Mormul passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 14, 2026. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Nellie Mormul, and his sister, Joni. Jack was married to his beloved wife Maggie Mormul for 56 years. He was a loving and devoted father to Jennifer Hodgkinson (Paul) and Jeff Mormul (Sara). Jack spent 39 years as a public health inspector at the Peterborough Public Health Unit before retiring to focus on his role as an adored grandpa to Jack and Will Hodgkinson and Finley and Quinlan Mormul. The family would like to thank the staff on B3 at PRHC for their care and compassion in making his final days as comfortable as possible. In keeping with Jack's wishes, there will be a private family gathering. If you wish to honour Jack's memory, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
