Edna Doreen (née Brethour) HARVEY

E. Doreen Harvey (née Brethour) passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. She was predeceased by her parents, John H. and Sara J. Brethour, her siblings, Aubrey Brethour, Harry Brethour, Florence Spence, Garnet Brethour, Shirley Brethour, and her husband Duncan G. Harvey. She is lovingly remembered by her children, David G. Harvey, Cathy L. Gibbons, Betty-Ann Phillips, and Nancy M. Harvey. She was a proud grandmother of Kirk Neff, Jill Harvey, Stacy Harvey, Wyatt Harvey, Rob Gibbons, and Ryan Gibbons, a great-grandmother of 13, and a great-great-grandmother of one. Visitation will be held at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough, on Friday, June 26th, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Emily Cemetery, Omemee. In Doreen's memory, a donation to Deaf Blind Ontario Foundation, Heart & Stroke Foundation, or Brain Canada would be appreciated.
