Drake Jopling

Drake Jopling passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 80, surrounded by his loving family at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. He was the beloved husband of Lois Jopling and was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Dorothy Jopling, and by his sister, Susan. Drake was a loving father to Drake Jr. and Lindsay, and a proud and devoted grandfather to Jack, Louise, Brock, Annabelle, Gray, and Hailey. He was also a special uncle to Matt, Terra, Luke, Noah, Jessica, Emily, Garth, Grayson, Liam, Aliyah, Madison, Samantha, Alex, and Levi. Born and raised in Peterborough, Drake enjoyed an active life filled with sports, family, and friendships. He spent countless happy days at his beloved cottage on Chemong Lake, where he eventually made his home and resided until his passing. Drake was a talented hockey player and a devoted animal lover who took great pride in caring for his horses, dogs, and cats.
