Betty Turner, born on February 24, 1927, passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 99. She was predeceased by her husband, Brian, and her sister, Marion Sephton. Betty is survived by her children, Malcolm (Barbara Black), Elisabeth (Peter Grasmanis), and Kathryn (Ed Witzke), as well as her grandchildren, Claire and Anna Witzke. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre, located at 2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty's memory to the Momentous Campaign at Trent University.
