Audrey Leveda THORNTON

Audrey Leveda Thornton (Slack) passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 91, surrounded by the love of her family at Royal Gardens in Peterborough. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Don, in 2023, after 68 years of marriage. Audrey was born on October 8, 1934, in Maccan, Nova Scotia. She is survived by her children, Deb (Brian), Bruce (Vivian), Patricia (Theo), Heather (Tom), and Karen (Dave), and was a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Audrey was also survived by her brother-in-law Robert Thornton (Jean) and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Don. Funeral arrangements are under the care of THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME.
