Olivia Caroline Bradley of Perth, Ontario, passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 76. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary Kozloski and Bill Bradley. Survivors include her children Jennifer (married to James), Alexander (married to Karis) and Niall; her grandchildren Kayla (married to Darren) and Liam; her brothers Douglas (married to Cornelia), Peter and Frank; as well as numerous nieces, a nephew and cousins. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Lindenwood unit at the Glebe Centre in Ottawa.
