Margaret Monague

Margaret Monague of Penetanguishene, Ontario, born on April 21, 1943, passed away on September 8, 2026, at the age of 83. She was predeceased by her significant other, Ralph Edward Monague; her daughter, Noreen Liza; and her great-grandchildren, Charly Blossom, Wendell, Wheeler Vaughn, and Hendrix. Margaret is survived by her child, Dana Lou (late Carl); her grandchildren, Megan Rose (Maxwell), Marisa Jane (Wesley), Brandon Edward, Carly-Rae, Carl Grant, and Alexia; her sons, Ralph Jr. and Grant Arvin; and her grandchildren, Jordan and Christopher. She is also survived by her parents, Enoch and Sophia Sunday, and her siblings, Velma, Gilbert, Brenda, Myra (Orval), Tony (June), Mervin (Janet), Annabelle, Lisa (Steven), Marcella, Calvin (Annette), Cameron, Vincent (Morna), Adley (Bob), Phyllis, and Tracey, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A wake will be held on September 10, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Christian Island United Church, followed by a funeral service on September 11, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tomkins House Hospice in her memory.
