Elizabeth Kuehl

The family of Elizabeth Kuehl of Pembroke, Ontario, announces her passing on October 11, 2026. Born on October 21, 1937, Elizabeth is remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was predeceased by her husband, Ellard Nelson Kuehl; her daughter, Bonnie (Joseph); her granddaughter, Sarah; her parents, John Benkhe and Elizabeth Benkhe; and her siblings, Marjorie Strang (Frank), Donna White (Dave), Beverly Gagne (late George), Jack (late Ruth), and Robert Benkhe (late Alma). Elizabeth is survived by her children, Kevin (Carolyn), Heather (Chris), Bill (Alana), Brian, and Cheryl (Matthew); her grandchildren, Tabitha, Amanda, Jason, Kurt, Ian, Kyle, Morgan, Dylan, Randy, Ryan, and Natasha; her sister, Patricia McGrath (late Larry); and her sibling-in-law, Jean Keuhl. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren. Visitation was held on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Neville Funeral Home located at 491 Isabella St, Pembroke, ON K8A5T8. A funeral service took place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church, 454 Miller St, Pembroke, ON K8A5Z4. Donations to the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County would be appreciated.
