Marinus Koole

Marinus Koole, a much loved husband, father, grandfather, sibling, uncle, and friend, passed away on April 8, 2026, at the age of 67, with his wife, Yvonne, by his side. He is survived by his wife Yvonne, children Paul and Yolanda, Judah, Eli, Asher, and Joram, Jolien and Curt, Tom and Lindsey, and many others who knew him. The family is grateful for the care they received over the past three months and thanks the staff at the St. Catharines hospital and hospice Niagara for their excellent care of Marinus. In memory of Marinus, the family invites all those who want to do something to follow the advice from the Bruce trail sticker on the back of his blue truck, 'Take a hike'.
