John Adams

John Adams of Parry Sound, Ontario, passed away on August 23, 2026. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Rose Adams (Crocker), as well as his siblings Florence 'Queenie' Dearing (Bill), Bob Adams (Lois), Gord Adams (Nancy), Fred Adams (Lynn), and Roy Adams (Helen). He also mourned the loss of his sister-in-law Nadine Adams, niece Carol, nephew Robert, and great-niece Desiree. John is survived by his wife, Deborah Adams, and his siblings David Adams (Heather), George Adams (Mary), Ernie Adams, and Kathy Barbeau (Bernie). He is also survived by his siblings-in-law, Brenda Jones (Bill) and Dean Virgo. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Logan's Funeral Home, located at 81 James St, Parry Sound, ON P2A1T7. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Trinity Anglican Church, 6 Church St, Parry Sound, ON P2A1Y3. Memorial donations in John's memory may be made to the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation, The Royal Canadian Legion Parry Sound Branch #117 (cheque donations only), or Trinity Anglican Church (cheque or e-transfer to [email protected]). John will be remembered for his love, humor, and the example he set for his family.
