He was predeceased by his father, Elmer, and his siblings Michael (Maryann) and Karen (Mike). He is survived by his wife, Maria Berencsi; his children, Jerry, Keith, Angela (Chris), Brianna (Devin) and Laura; his grandchildren, Staisya, Trinity, Telessa and Scarlett; his mother, Irene Berencsi; and numerous extended family members and friends. The family requests donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in his memory.
