Wayne Toshiaki Takahashi of Owen Sound, Ontario, passed away on July 27, 2026. He was predeceased by his parents, Toshio and Akiye. He is survived by his wife Barb; his children, Kiyomi and Shane (Heidi); his grandchildren, Sophia, Aaliyah and Emiko; and his siblings, Elaine, Paul and Susan (Ken Phan). Visitation was held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00 at Brown Family Funeral Homes, 900 10th St W Suite 1, Owen Sound, ON N4K5R9. A funeral service followed at 13:00 the same day at the Chapel of the Brown Family Funeral Home at the same address. The family requests memorial donations to the Toronto Buddhist Church.
