Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Iva and Harold Winch, her grandson Owen Bakker, and her sister Judy Nickle. She is survived by her children, Jeff Millman (Helen Misener), Scott Millman (Nikki), and Sherry Bakker. Barbara also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Ashley Schmidt, Leslie Millman, Sydney Millman, and Shay Millman, as well as her great-grandchildren, Georgia, Charlie, Wyatt, Violet, and Sully.
