William Edward Shurben

The family announces the passing of William Edward Shurben in Ottawa, Ontario, on September 5, 2026. He was predeceased by his wife Margaret, his son Bill (Karen), his parents George and Edith, and his brother David of England. William is survived by his children, Michael (Melanie) and Susan (Stephen), along with his grandchildren Jodie, Matthew (Shannon), James (Amanda), Christine (Fady), Nicholas (Laura), and Alex (Teri), as well as eleven great-grandchildren. A graveside service will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Pinecrest Cemetery, located at 2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9. Family and friends are invited to send flowers or light a candle in his memory and leave a sympathy message in the guestbook to show their support.
