Theodore McLean Cranham

Theodore McLean Cranham of Ottawa, Ontario, was born on June 26, 1971, and passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 55. He was predeceased by his father, Andrew Cranham, and his siblings: Duncan Cranham, Sydney Cranham (late Rishann), Emmanuel Vieau (Misty), and Jennifer Warrington (Perry). Theodore is survived by his wife, Kathryn Lake; his children, Riley Pellerin and Liam Scharfe; his mother, Shirley Pitre (McAuley); his niece, Willow Vieau-Herns; his nephew, Leo Herns; and his stepchildren, Kaitlin Saab and Ricky Saab. He is also remembered by many cousins, family, and friends. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Kelly Funeral Home-Kanata Chapel, located at 580 Eagleson Rd, Kanata, ON K2M1H4.
