Ted Aylwin Owen, a native of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, died in Ottawa, Ontario on August 23, 2026, at the age of 88. He was predeceased by his parents, James Hector Owen and Katherine Edith Owen (Morgan), and by his brother, Evan James Owen. He is survived by his children—John Stewart Owen (married to Tracie Yule Owen), Katherine Justine Owen, and James Murray Owen—as well as his grandchildren Charlotte, Marin Leith, Olivia, Juliet Owen, Jack and Matthew Owen.
