Roger LACHANCE

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Roger Lachance on January 9, 2025, at the age of 77. He was the beloved son of the late Évangéline (née Grenier) and Jacques Lachance. Roger was a devoted husband to Lorraine Lachance (née Lemay) and a cherished father to Nathalie Lachance-Roderos, who is married to Rommel Roderos. He took great pride in being a grandfather to Abygail and Logan Roderos. Roger is survived by his in-laws, John Carroccetto (the late Aline Turpin), Jo-Anne Lemay (Gilles), and Sylvie Lemay (Michel), as well as his siblings André (Lise) Lachance, Jean-Jacques Lachance, Murielle Lachance, and Louise Lachance. He was predeceased by his brother Bob Lachance. The family expresses gratitude to the medical and palliative care teams at Ottawa General Hospital for their exceptional support. In memory of Roger, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
