Raymond J. Coté

The family of Raymond J. Coté announces his passing on September 7, 2026, in Ottawa, Ontario. Born in Saint-Eusèbe, Québec, Raymond is fondly remembered by his family, friends, and all who knew him. He was predeceased by his parents, Alice and Gérard. Raymond is survived by his beloved wife Eleanor, children Ryan (Lynn) and Leanne (Max), and grandchildren David, Aidan, Erika, and Quinn. He also leaves behind his siblings: Fern (Claire), Lucie, Lise (Don), René (Cathy), Michel (Sue), Claude (Janet), and Helene (Clark). A memorial service will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, followed by a reception until 2:00 PM. Inurnment will occur at Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery at 2:30 PM. The family requests donations in lieu of flowers to Amyloidosis Canada and Hospice Care Ottawa.
