Ralph Pyne, a native of Ridgetown, Ontario, died in Ottawa on August 22, 2026, at the age of 97. He was predeceased by his child Kim Pritchard, his parents Howard and Jessie Pyne, and his siblings Gwen Merlo (late Bill), Vic Pyne (late Connie) and Bess Hill (late Clarence). He is survived by his wife Mary Jane Pyne, his children Tim Pyne (married to Gail), Tom Pyne (married to Lyne), Gerry Pyne (married to Darlene) and Cheryl Duncan (married to Gord), as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
