Phyllis Sybil Silverman

Phyllis Sybil Silverman of Ottawa, Ontario, was born on July 22, 1930, and died on August 23, 2026, at the age of 96. She was predeceased by her daughter Linda, her parents Isidore and Bertha Koch, and her brothers Harvey and Alvin Koch. Survivors include her husband Marvin, her sons Mark and Travis, her grandchildren Gregory, Ezekiel, Asher, Grace, Frances and Levi, and her children‑in‑law Susan and Ajike. A burial took place on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Jewish Memorial Gardens, 6549 Herberts Corners Road, Greely, Ontario. The family requests donations in her memory to the Linda Silverman Memorial Fund through the Ottawa Jewish Community Foundation.
