Peter Gleiser

The family announces the passing of Peter Gleiser on September 29, 2026, in Ottawa, Ontario. He was predeceased by his parents, Herbert and Rosel, and his brother Heinz (Joan). Peter is survived by his beloved wife, Christa, and their children, Barb (Phil), Sue (Brian), and Paul (Jen). He cherished his grandchildren, Alex (Kim), Justin, Stuart, Jess (Evan), Haley (Alex), Joe (Alyssa), and Brian, as well as his great-grandchildren, Payton and Wesley. He is also remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Albertus Pfarrgemeinde, located at 416 Parkdale Ave, Ottawa, ON K1Y1H2. Burial will follow on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Pinecrest Cemetery, 2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9.
