Patricia Sharon (Boyce) Avery

Patricia Sharon Avery, née Boyce, of Ottawa, Ontario, died on August 22, 2026, at the age of 83. She was born on July 19, 1943. Patricia was predeceased by her parents, George Nelson Boyce and Elva Elizabeth Boyce, her sister Sandra Elizabeth Watson (Jack), and her son David Ian Mulligan. She is survived by her husband Wayne Avery; her daughter Rhonda Legault (Mark); her grandsons Jack and David; her stepchildren Allen Avery (Susan), Kim Avery, and Donald Avery (Michelle); her sister‑in‑law Sheila Goertzen (Terry); and Kelly Ann McKnight. A celebration of life is scheduled for Monday, October 12, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Pierce’s Corners Hall, 3048 Pierce Road, Ottawa, ON K0A 2T0. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
