Pasqua Scissons

Pasqua Scissons, of Ottawa, Ontario, passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 88. She was born on March 31, 1938. Pasqua was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Edward Scissons, and her siblings, Mario, Rosalba, and Anna. She is survived by her children, Lora Burri (Renzo) and Paul Scissons (Carolyn), as well as her siblings, Tina and Torquato. Additionally, she leaves behind her in-laws and many extended family members and friends. Visitation will take place on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, located at 2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, followed by entombment at Pinecrest Cemetery at 11:30 AM. A reception will follow at the church at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
