Nicole Thériault
Nicole Thériault passed away at May Court on July 4, 2026. She was the beloved daughter of the late Berthe Riel and Léonard Thériault. Nicole is survived by her cherished sister Monique Thériault and sister-in-law Francine Charlebois (late Pierre Thériault). She was also the dear sister of the late Pauline Thériault, Robert Thériault, and Louise Carr (Phillip), along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Nicole began her career with the Federal Government as a stenographer in June 1971 at the age of 17. She later joined the National Research Council, where she dedicated 38 years of service, culminating as Executive Assistant to a Vice-President. Her contributions earned her the NRC Outstanding Achievement Award and the Queen's Golden Jubilee in 2002. A proud member of the IAAP, she mentored many and served as Chapter President for two terms. Friends and family are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry on August 26, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. A private interment will take place at Notre Dame Cemetery.
