Michael was predeceased by his parents, Earl King and Dolores King. He is survived by his children, Connor and Scout; his siblings, Nancy and Peter; and his friends, Steve and Jill Nimmo. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations to Serenity House in memory of Michael.
