She was predeceased by her parents, Ovila Charette and Léda Lajoie, and her husband, Pierre Morel. Marina is survived by her children, Jean (Annette), Darquise (Frédéric), and Pierre (Jane); her grandchildren, Sarah, David, Zacharie (Mélanie), Gabrielle, Sophie (Eliott), and Élise; and her great-grandchildren, Éléanore and Margot. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Her memory will continue to bring comfort to all who knew her.
