Kurtis Holmes

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kurtis Holmes of Ottawa, Ontario, who departed this life on August 29, 2026, at the age of 52. Born on August 19, 1974, Kurtis was known for his warmth and thoughtfulness, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him. He is predeceased by his father, David Holmes. Kurtis is survived by his mother, Maureen Holmes; his wife, Tina Robinson; his son, Addison Holmes (Kat Hoddinott); his sister, Lisa Holmes (Stéphane Shank); his mother-in-law, Marion Robinson; his brother-in-law, Jason Robinson; as well as his nephews, Bennett and Kurtis, and his niece, Violet Shank. A celebration of life was held on September 7, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Room Event Times. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ottawa Humane Society in his honor.
