Katherine DIXON

Katherine Dixon, a former employee of the Ottawa Sun, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2024, at the age of 55. She was a devoted mother to her beloved daughters, Robin Ocean and Hannah Sky. Katherine demonstrated remarkable strength and courage throughout her battle with breast cancer. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, her mother Marie, and the community that surrounded her. A memorial service will be held on September 12 at 11 a.m. at Kelly Funeral Home, Barrhaven Chapel, located at 3000 Woodroffe Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
