Joanne Sauvé

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Joanne Sauvé, who left us peacefully on May 12, 2025, at the age of 60. Born in Ottawa, she was the beloved daughter of Barry Armstrong and the late Pierrette Ayotte (the late Jacques Ayotte). Joanne was a devoted wife to Guy Labelle and a caring mother to Cory (Lindsay), Crystal (Danny), Floyd (Ashley), Chanelle, and Anthoine. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren: Kaleb, Merissa, Ethan, Kohen, Maï, Madison, and Manix, as well as her siblings: Suzanne (Daniel), Mike (Bernadette), James (Chantal), David (Carole), Jess, Kevin, and Shawna. Joanne was predeceased by her brother Robert and sister Joan. A Memorial Service will take place at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, located at 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario, on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 1 p.m., with visitation starting at 12:30 p.m.
